%X 马克思主义基本原理中有一个很重要的表述，即：“经济基础决定上层建筑，上层建筑反作用于经济基础”。马克思对于前一句话进行了充分的论述，葛兰西的霸权学说就是对后一句话最好的补充说明。他希望借助这个理论解释资本主义国家政府合法性的问题，即为什么资本主义国家的成员愿意接受统治。葛兰西的霸权主义对各国的文化发展都有重要的启示意义，目前我国正在建设社会主义文化强国，我们应牢牢抓住文化及意识形态的领导权，增进本民族的文化自信。<br />
There is a very important expression in the basic principles of Marxism, namely: “The economic base determines the superstructure, and the superstructure reacts to the economic base”. Marx has fully discussed the former statement, and Gramsci’s theory of hegemony is the best complement to the latter statement. With the help of this theory, he hoped to explain the problem of the legitimacy of government in capitalist countries, i.e. why members of capitalist countries are willing to accept domination. Gramsci’s hegemony has important implications for the cultural development of all countries. At present, China is building a socialist cultural power, and we should firmly grasp the leadership of culture and ideology and enhance the cultural confidence of our nation.
