%X 思想政治教育与积极心理学均注重激发人的积极品质,将积极心理学理念融入高校思政课有助于培养学生的积极心态与积极道德人格,有助于关注人的主观幸福感,引导学生树立马克思主义幸福观,有助于提升思政教育实效,营造积极的高校思政教育环境。为了实现积极心理学与高校思政课的深度融合,本文提出了四条可借鉴思路:教材内容选择要注重吸收本土化的积极心理教育思想;引入积极情感体验式教育法,创设体验式课堂情境教学;构建积极良好的教学关系,促进高校思政教育的良性循环;采用以正向鼓励为主的课程考核评价体系。
Ideological and political education and positive psychology both focus on stimulating people’s positive qualities. Integrating the concept of positive psychology into the ideological and political course in colleges and universities will help to cultivate students’ positive mental attitude and positive moral personality, help to focus on people’s subjective well-being, guide students to es-tablish a Marxist concept of happiness, help to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, and create a positive ideological and political education environment in colleges and universities. In order to realize the deep integration of positive psychology and ideological and political courses in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward four ideas for reference: the selection of teaching materials should focus on absorbing the localized positive psychological education ideas; Introducing positive emotional experiential education method and creating experiential classroom situational teaching; Constructing positive and good teaching relationships to promote a virtuous cycle of ideological and political education in universities; Adopting a curriculum assessment and evaluation system primarily based on positive encouragement.
