Analysis of Mental Health Education Curriculum Issues in Junior Secondary Schools %A 马一萌 %J Advances in Social Sciences %P 2797-2803 %@ 2169-2564 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ASS.2023.126382 %X 学生的健康心理不是一蹴而就的,它需要经历长期而系统的过程。因此,开设心理健康教育课程能够更好地普及心理健康相关知识,为学生应对心理问题提供科学的指导,普遍提高学生的心理素质。在初中阶段开展心理健康教育课程是开展心理健康教育的重要途径,也是落实国家政策的需要。尽管许多学校已经开设了心理健康教育课程,然而,在实际教学中,该课程存在内容不全面、教学方法单一等问题。本文通过文献研究、实地调研和问卷调查等方法,对初中心理健康教育课程存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了改进和完善的措施。
A healthy psychology for students is not something that can be achieved overnight; it needs to go through a long-term and systematic process. Therefore, offering mental health education courses can better promote knowledge related to mental health, provide scientific guidance for students to cope with psychological problems and generally improve their psychological quality. The introduction of a mental health education course at junior secondary level is an important way to develop mental health education and is necessary for the implementation of national policies. Although many schools have introduced mental health education courses, however, in actual teaching, the course has problems such as incomplete content and single teaching method. Through literature research, field research and questionnaire surveys, this paper analyzes the problems of the junior high school mental health education curriculum and proposes measures for improvement and refinement. %K 初中心理健康教育课程,问题分析,改进措施
