%X 随着耐药结核病的流行,结核病的防治形势非常严峻。高分辨率熔解曲线检测技术(high-resolution melting analysis, HRM),在诊断率较高的基础上,有助于缩短患者等待的时间,并且使耐药肺结核治疗方案更加优化,在降低疾病传播中起到重要的作用。本文将对HRM技术检测结核分枝杆菌的应用作一综述。
With the prevalence of drug-resistant tuberculosis, situation of drug-resistant tuberculosis control is very serious. Based on the high diagnostic rate, high-resolution melting analysis detection tech-nology can help shorten the waiting time of patients and optimize the treatment plan of drug-resistant tuberculosis, which plays an important role in reducing the spread of the disease. This article will review the application of HRM in the detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
