%X 通过检索近十年中医药物治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的研究进展，分析近十年中医药物治疗IBS-D相关临床研究的文章，最终发现西医治疗存在不良反应比较多，容易产生耐受，复发率高，而中医的临床疗效比较好。中医药治疗是解决本病的有效方法，但对于联合用药，尤其是中医内外联合应用临床研究仍存许多不足，仍需进一步研究，本文就这一方面进行检索分析，使中医药在IBS-D治疗中发挥更大的作用。<br />
By searching the research progress of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) treated with traditional Chinese medicine in recent ten years, to analyze the articles on clinical research of IBS-D treated with traditional Chinese medicine in recent ten years, finally, it was found that there were many adverse reactions in western medicine treatment, which were easy to be tolerated and had a high recurrence rate; The clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine is better. Tradi-tional Chinese medicine treatment is an effective method to solve this disease, but there are still many deficiencies in the combined use of drugs, especially the clinical research on the combined application of internal and external traditional Chinese medicine, which still needs further research. This paper searches and analyzes this aspect to make traditional Chinese medicine play a greater role in the treatment of IBS-D.
