%X 糖尿病周围神经病变是临床上常见的一种危害严重的慢性并发症，其致残率极高，不仅对患者的生命安全以及心理健康等造成巨大的伤害，还会加重患者家庭乃至社会民生的负担。因此，临床上需要加强对糖尿病周围神经病变的发病机制以及临床治疗的相关研究，不断提高临床治疗效果，以保证患者临床治疗的有效性和安全性，促进其机体功能的改善，从而帮助患者早日康复。<br />
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy is a common chronic complication with serious clinical hazards and a very high disability rate, which not only causes great harm to patients’ life safety and psychologi-cal health, but also increases the burden of patients’ families and even society’s livelihood. There-fore, clinical research on the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy needs to be strengthened to continuously improve the clinical treatment effect to ensure the effec-tiveness and safety of clinical treatment for patients and to promote the improvement of their body functions, so as to help patients recover as soon as possible.
