Post-neurosurgical bacterial meningitis (PNBM) is the most common complication after craniotomy, which can lead to significant morbidity and mortality. Although aseptic technology is becoming more mature, bacterial meningitis is still an unavoidable obstacle in neurosurgery, and traditional biomarkers, clinical symptoms and imaging examinations are limited in the differentiation of bac-terial and aseptic inflammation, so this article reviews the research progress of novel biomarkers in the early diagnosis of PNBM. %K 脑膜炎,神经外科,细菌感染,无菌性炎症,生物标志物
