%X 糖尿病是一种以糖代谢紊乱为主要临床特点的代谢疾病，糖尿病肾脏病是指由糖尿病所致的慢性肾脏病，是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症之一，现已成为慢性肾脏病和终末期肾病的主要原因。本文旨在进一步研究早期反映糖尿病肾病的指标，使糖尿病肾病患者更早得到诊断、治疗。<br />
Diabetes is a metabolic disease with the main clinical characteristics of glucose metabolism disor-der. Diabetes nephropathy refers to the chronic kidney disease caused by diabetes, which is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes, and has become the main cause of chronic kidney disease and end-stage kidney disease. This article aims to further study the indicators re-flecting diabetes nephropathy in the early stage, so that patients with diabetes nephropathy can be diagnosed and treated earlier.
