%X 高铁建设作为我国“八纵八横”的重要战略，其开通带来要素的充分流动(人才、资源、金融资本等)，对社会经济发展具有促进作用。那么可以猜想高铁的开通带动的资源流动，可能会促进周边区域实现共同富裕目标。以江西省为例，是全国第四个实现“市市通高铁”的省份，基于2010~2021年江西省十一个设区市数据，构建双重拆分模型，对高铁开通和共同富裕目标直接的关系进行研究。研究发现显示：高铁开通显著正向影响了有关共同富裕的衡量指标。<br />
High-speed railway construction is regarded as an important strategy of “eight vertical and eight horizontal”, and its opening brings full flow of factors (talent, resources, financial capital, etc.), which plays a role in promoting social and economic development. So we can guess that the resource flow driven by the opening of high-speed rail may promote the realization of common prosperity in the surrounding region. Taking Jiangxi Province as an example, it is the fourth province in China to re-alize “city-city high-speed railway”. Based on the data of 11 cities divided into districts in Jiangxi Province from 2010 to 2021, a dual split model is constructed to study the direct relationship between the opening of high-speed railway and the goal of common prosperity. The findings show that the opening of high-speed rail has a significant positive impact on measures of common prosperity.
