%X 在数字社会建设的重要阶段以及人口老龄化快速加深的现实约束下，老年人适应社会发展面临着生理与心理的多重挑战，满足老年人数字鸿沟中的多层次需求格外重要。在大量文献研究基础上，发现社区作为老年人生活娱乐的主要场所，立足社区开展数字教学，养老服务活动与人力资源开发具有显著优势。基于此，提出社区满足老年人多层次需求实现路径，以社区为主体，构建老年人就业信息服务平台，将志愿护老，社区服务，老年娱乐三者结合，以期提升老年人生活的幸福感并为老年人力资源市场发展和实现成功老龄化战略提供参考。<br />
In the important stage of digital society construction and under the realistic constraints of the rapid deepening of population aging, the elderly are facing multiple physiological and psychological challenges in adapting to social development, and it is particularly important to meet the multi-level needs of the elderly in the digital divide. Based on a large number of literature studies, it is found that community, as the main place for the elderly to live and entertain, has significant advantages in carrying out digital teaching, elderly care service activities and human resources development based on community. Based on this, this paper proposes the realization path of community meeting the multi-level needs of the elderly, takes the community as the main body, constructs the elderly employment information service platform, combines volunteer care for the elderly, community services and entertainment for the elderly, in order to improve the happiness of the elderly’s life and provide reference for the development of the elderly human resources market and the realization of a successful aging strategy.
