%X 应急语言服务是语言政策与规划的新兴领域，语言服务在突发紧急事件中扮演着不可或缺的角色。美国是突发事件与自然灾害频发的国家，在应急语言服务方面积累了一定的经验，已经形成一套成熟的应急机制和预案。我国正处于由“本土型国家”向“国际型国家”转型的历史关键期，通过考察美国国家语言服务团的成功实践经验，为我国处于新兴发展阶段的语言服务团提供新思路，有助于我国建设机构完善、运行高效的现代化语言服务体系，加速向“国际型国家”迈进的步伐。<br />
Emergency language service is a new field of language policy and planning, and language service plays an indispensable role in sudden emergencies. The United States is a country with frequent emergencies and natural disasters. It has accumulated some experience in emergency language services and has formed a set of mature emergency mechanisms and plans. China is in a critical historical period of transformation from a “native country” to an “international country”. By studying the successful practical experience of the National Language Service Corps in the United States, it provides new ideas for the language service corps in the emerging development stage in China, which is helpful for our country to build a perfect and efficient modern language service system and accelerate its step towards an “international country”.
