Positive psychology is of great value in cultivating positive personality traits of college students and promoting their all-round development. Positive psychology expands the goal of mental health education, promotes the scientific model of college students’ mental health education, and optimizes the educational environment of university campus. College students’ mental health education should choose rich teaching content, innovate teaching form and give play to the main role of college students.
