%X 我国每年毕业的大学生数量庞大，这些数量庞大的毕业生进入人才市场，就业压力可想而知；而大量的用人单位却找不到合适的人才。于是，需求和供给之间出现了一对矛盾。本文着眼于应用型地方本科院校工科专业人才培养方面存在的问题，结合团队自身在长期教学实践过程中的经验总结，对工科专业的育人方式进行一些探索与思考。<br />
There are very large amount college graduates from universities in our country. When they pour into talent market, a problem of employment pressure will be caused. On the other hand, many employers cannot find suitable intelligentsia. Therefore, a pair of paradox appears between the products and demand. As far as the problems during talent cultivating in application-oriented undergraduate universities are concerned, some exploration and advice about education methods in engineering majors were put forward with the help of our experience produced in the long teaching practice.
