%X 目的：通过Meta分析评价湿疹患者应用白芍总苷后外周血辅助型T细胞1 (Th1)/辅助型T细胞2 (Th2)水平的变化及临床治疗程度。方法：检索中国知网、万方、维普、Pubmed数据库。检索时限从建库至2023年3月。对检索后的文献进行筛选、质量评估及数据提取。通过Revman5.4软件进行统计分析。结果：本研究共纳入8项研究，总计受试者1260例，分为试验组633例，对照组627例。结果显示，相比于对照组，联合白芍总苷组的外周血Th1/Th2水平，具有统计学差异[MD = 1.20, 95% CI (0.74, 1.65)]。治疗有效率[OR = 2.31, 95% CI (1.72, 3.09)]明显高于对照组(P &lt; 0.05)。治疗后不良反应[OR = 1.73, 95% CI (0.74, 2.30)]未见区别(P &gt; 0.05)。结论：白芍总苷通过平衡湿疹患者血清中Th1/Th2比例，调节机体免疫功能，治疗皮损表现。联合白芍总苷治疗湿疹，治疗效果良好，安全性较高。<br />
Objective: To evaluate the changes of peripheral blood helper T cell 1 (Th1)/helper T cell 2 (Th2) levels and clinical efficacy in patients with eczema treated with total glucosides of paeony (TGP). Methods: The databases of CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and Pubmed were searched from the establishment of the database to March 2023. After screening, data extraction and bias risk assessment of the re-trieved literature, Revman5.4 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: A total of 1260 pa-tients were included in 8 clinical studies, including the experimental group (n = 633) and the con-trol group (n = 627). The results showed that the level of Th1/Th2 in the combination group was significantly higher than that in the control group [MD = 1.20, 95% CI (0.74, 1.65)], and the effective rate of treatment [OR = 2.31, 95% CI (1.72, 3.09)] was better than that in the control group (P &lt; 0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions after treatment [OR = 1.73, 95% CI (0.74, 2.30)], P &gt; 0.05. Conclusion: Total glucosides of paeony can regulate immune and inflamma-tory reaction and improve skin lesions by balancing the proportion of Th1/Th2 in serum of patients with eczema. Combined with total glucosides of paeony, the treatment of eczema has good thera-peutic effect and high safety.
