%X 素质教育并不是一个新的话题,20世纪80年代中后期我国就提出了素质教育的概念,并在教育过程中不断将其理念付诸实施。进入新时代,素质教育对人的发展提出了全新的要求。有关核心素养的研究正是教育适应时代和社会发展的需要,赋予素质教育内涵不断丰富和完善,突出了对素质教育命题实践性的传承和有效拓展,尤其注重促进人的全面发展和核心素养的培植。文章在梳理两者发展历程的基础上强调:在基础教育改革的今天,面临核心素养的历史节点,素质教育需要再思考、再出发。
Quality Education is not a new topic. Our country put forward the concept of Quality Education in the late 1980s, and put its concept into practice. Entering the new era, quality-oriented education has put forward new requirements for people’s development. The research on Core Competency is exactly the need of education to adapt to the times and social development. It enriches and improves the connotation of quality-oriented education continuously, highlights the inheritance and effective expansion of the practical proposition of quality-oriented education, and pays particular attention to the promotion of people’s all-round development and the cultivation of core qualities. On the basis of sorting out the development course of the two, this paper emphasizes: in the reform of basic education today, facing the historical node of Core Competency, Quality Education needs to think again and start again.
