Student association is an important part of college culture construction and the Outside-Classroom Learning. Under the new situation, the work of college student associations faces new opportunities and challenges. In chance of the promotion of the Outside-Classroom Learning Transcripts in colleges, we could improve the education function of college student association, leading to the growth of college students in an all-round way.
