Based on Monte Carlo (MC) method and Fast Fourier transform micromagnetics (FFTM) method, the magnetization characteristics of cobalt nanorings with different thickness were simulated. The simulation results show that the magnetization process of the system is bistable, and the local vortex state appears in the magnetization reversal process. With the change of the thick-ness, the spin configuration of the system appears more abundant transition states, and the overall magnetization process becomes more complex. %K 蒙特卡洛方法,快速傅里叶变换微磁学方法,纳米环,厚度
