%X 随着互联网的发展和信息技术的成熟，灵活用工、一人身兼数职的零工经济应运而生。零工经济具有进入市场门槛低、用工范围广等特点。此就业模式不断优化，可以在稳定就业，促进我国经济稳中向好发展等方面发挥重要作用。但是，伴随着零工经济的发展，该领域也暴露出一系列诸如从业者人身安全、社会保险缺失等问题。零工经济的健康发展需要得到更多更广泛的助力。本文对零工经济的特点、用工模式、发展现状进行了分析，在对零工经济有深入认识的基础上，提出关于保障零工经济从业者劳动权益的建议和措施。<br />
With the development of the Internet and the maturity of information technology, the flexible employment of one person with several jobs has led to the emergence of the odd-job economy. The odd-job economy has the advantages of low barriers to entry, a wide range of jobs and the ability to stimulate social and economic dynamics. The emergence and continuous development of new employment models such as the casual labour economy plays an important role in stabilising employment levels and promoting sustained economic growth in China. However, along with the development of the casual labour economy, a series of problems such as the personal safety of workers and the lack of social insurance have also been revealed in this field. The healthy development of the casual labour economy needs more and wider assistance. This article analyses the characteristics, employment patterns and development status of the casual labour economy and, on the basis of an in-depth understanding of the casual labour economy, proposes suggestions and measures to protect the labour rights and interests of those working in the casual labour economy.
