With the upgrading and innovation of Internet technology, it is easier and easier for the public to obtain information, and their awareness of speech is constantly enhanced. However, public emergencies often cannot present a complete factual process in real time in cyberspace, which leads to an extremely high level of attention to social conflicts and multi-polar polarization of public psychology and emotions. Therefore, in the communication process of public emergencies in the information age, the public’s empathic psychology is also constantly developing and changing based on the publication process of the events themselves, the degree of exposure and the authenticity of information. The convenience of information transmission expands the scope of the audience for information of public emergencies. The self-cognition of the public, the behavior guidance of others and the stimulation of neurophysiological factors all have an impact on their empathy psychology. Therefore, it is necessary to build a three-level interactive intervention and guidance mechanism for individuals, organizations and governments to timely guide the healthy development of public empathy, so as to quickly and effectively solve public emergencies and make public empathy play a positive role in promoting social harmony and stability. %K 突发公共事件,共情心理,心理疏导,行为引导
