%X 青少年孤独感问题日益突出，本研究综合环境因素和认知因素探讨青少年孤独感的影响机制。采用孤独感量表、自我概念量表、寻求社会支持量表与同伴提名方法对753名四、六、八年级的学生进行调查，考察同伴拒绝与寻求社会支持对孤独感的影响，并检验自我概念在其中的中介作用。结果发现：1) 青少年的同伴拒绝正向预测孤独感，寻求社会支持负向预测孤独感；2) 中介效应检验表明，自我概念在同伴拒绝与寻求社会支持影响孤独感的过程中起完全中介作用。研究结果表明，改善环境因素(同伴拒绝和寻求社会支持)与个体认知因素(自我概念)有助于缓解青少年的孤独感。<br />
The issue of loneliness among adolescents has become increasingly prominent. This study inte-grated environmental factors and cognitive factors to explore the influencing mechanism of ado-lescent loneliness. A total of 753 college students were selected, including fourth, sixth and eighth grade students and completed loneliness scale, self-concept scale, social support seeking scale and peer nomination to investigate the influence of peer rejection and social support seeking on loneliness, and to test the mediating role of self-concept in loneliness. The results indicated that: 1) Peer rejection positively predicted loneliness, while seeking social support negatively predicted loneliness; 2) The mediating effect test shows that self-concept played a complete mediating role in the process of peer rejection and seeking social support affecting loneliness. The research results indicate that improving environmental factors (peer rejection and seeking social support) and individual cognitive factors (self-concept) can help alleviate loneliness in adolescents.
