%X 腺垂体功能减退症是由各种原因引起垂体前叶激素缺乏所致的综合征，是一种慢性内分泌疾病，需长期服用激素替代治疗，合适的激素替代治疗可迅速缓解临床症状，治疗不及时或不适当治疗严重者可导致肾上腺危象，严重者可危及生命。由于腺垂体功能减退症病人的临床表现多样，且诊断较复杂，临床上常被忽视导致漏诊，为加强对该疾病的认识，在临床工作中提高诊断正确率，做到早识别早诊断，及时给予激素替代治疗缓解临床症状，减少垂体危象发生率，改善预后及提高生命质量，本文对腺垂体功能减退症的研究进展进行综述。<br />
Hypopituitarism is caused by various causes of anterior pituitary hormone deficiency syndrome, is a chronic endocrine disease, need long-term use hormone replacement therapy, appropriate hor-mone replacement therapy can quickly relieve clinical symptoms, treatment not timely or inap-propriate treatment can lead to adrenal crisis, severe cases can be life-threatening. Due to the di-verse clinical manifestations of patients with hypohypopituitarism and the complicated diagnosis, it is often neglected clinically and leads to missed diagnosis. In order to strengthen the understanding of the disease and improve the diagnostic accuracy in clinical work, early identification and early diagnosis, timely administration of hormone replacement therapy to relieve clinical symptoms, and reduce the incidence of pituitary crisis, to improve prognosis and quality of life, this paper reviews the progress of hypopituitarism.
