%X 糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症，其流行比例逐年增加，给医疗卫生系统带来了沉重的负担。其发病机制复杂多样，目前尚未完全解释清楚。本文通过回顾近几年空腹甘油三酯–葡萄糖糖(TyG)指数与胰岛素抵抗相关的文献，来探讨TyG指数与2型糖尿病视网膜病变的关系。<br />
Diabetes retinopathy is a common microvascular complication of diabetes, and its prevalence rate has increased year by year, which has brought a heavy burden to the medical and health system. Its pathogenesis is complex and diverse, and has not yet been fully explained. This article reviews the literature on the relationship between fasting triglyceride glucose (TyG) index and insulin re-sistance in recent years to explore the relationship between TyG index and type 2 diabetes reti-nopathy.
