%X 慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic Atrophic Gastritis, CAG)是慢性胃炎的一种类型，是临床常见的慢性消化性系统疾病。临床常以上腹部饱胀、疼痛等症状为主症。该病病程较长，病情复杂，其患病率与检出率随年龄增长而升高。我国CAG发病率是非常高的，CAG作为炎–癌转变过程中的一个重要阶段，被列为胃癌的癌前状态，需要引起高度重视。单纯地中医或西医治疗，均不能获得满意的效果。基于这一事实，探讨该病发生的病因病机、中西医治疗方法尤为重要。文章从中医及西医对本病的认识，梳理相关文献进行论述。<br />
Chronic atrophic gastritis is a type of chronic gastritis and a common chronic digestive system disease in clinic. Clinical symptoms such as abdominal fullness and pain are the main symptoms. The disease course is long and complex, and its prevalence and detection rate increase with age. Incidence of CAG is very high in our country, as an important stage in the process of inflamma-tion-cancer transformation, CAG is classified as a precancerous state of gastric cancer, which should be highly valued. Neither traditional Chinese medicine nor Western medicine treatment can achieve satisfactory results. Based on this fact, it is particularly important to explore the eti-ology and pathogenesis of the disease and the treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine. This article from the traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine to understand this disease, comb the relevant literature to discuss.
