%X 融资难、融资贵等问题严重制约了中小企业的经营和发展，本文结合国内外现有研究，总结分析了导致中小企业融资困境的内部因素和外部因素。基于成因分析，本文进一步围绕拓宽融资渠道、加强政府支持和提高企业内部管理水平三个方面提出相应的解决对策和建议，以期缓解中小企业融资约束，助力中小企业健康稳定发展。<br />
The problems of difficult and expensive financing have seriously restricted the operation and development of SMEs. This paper summarizes and analyzes the internal and external factors leading to the financing dilemma of SMEs, taking into account the existing studies at home and abroad. Based on the analysis of the causes, this paper further puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problems in three aspects: widening financing channels, strengthening government support and improving the internal management of enterprises, in order to alleviate the financing constraints of SMEs and help them develop healthily and stably.
