%X 研究区域注浆工程分支孔的浆液扩散半径及扩散影响因素,对区域注浆治理工程及矿井水害防治具有重要意义。以潘二煤矿为例,采用理论分析、数值模拟方法,分析了深埋条件下浆液扩散机理,并在此基础上运用COMSOL软件对浆液扩散半径进行数值模拟,探讨了地层参数、注浆参数和浆液参数对浆液扩散半径的影响。结果表明:在其他参数保持不变的情况下,浆液扩散半径、浆液流量与地层渗透率呈正相关,与地层有效孔隙率呈负相关,与注浆压力呈正相关,与水灰比呈正相关,并得到了矿井四采区治理工程的验证,从而为区域治理工程的钻孔孔隙有效充填、浆液有效覆盖提供依据。
It is of great significance for the effective verification of regional grouting treatment and mine water disaster prevention. By studying the slurry diffusion radius and diffusion influence factors of branch hole in regional grouting engineering. Taking Paner Coal Mine as an example, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and other research methods are used to analyze the grouting diffusion mechanism under deeply buried conditions. On this basis, COMSOL software is used to simulate the slurry diffusion radius, and the influence of formation parameters, grouting parameters and slurry parameters on the slurry diffusion radius is discussed. The results show that when other parameters remain unchanged, the slurry diffusion radius and slurry flow are positively correlated with formation permeability, negatively correlated with formation porosity, positively correlated with grouting pressure and positively correlated with water-cement ratio. The above results are verified in the ground regional governance of the west fourth mining area of Paner Coal Mine, which provides a basis for effective filling of pores between boreholes and effective coverage of slurry in regional governance projects.
