%X “立德树人”作为思想政治教育学的“学科之眼”，表现出思想政治教育学科特有的视角和认识方法。特别是在与相关学科教育学、政治学的区分上，具有思想政治教育重要特征，它立足于人的本质和人的全面发展的哲学基点面向具体现实，从不同层面联接贯穿思想政治教育学的核心范畴、关联范畴、运行范畴、价值范畴等一系列重要问题，同时也从时代化发展和本土化发展层面为思想政治教育明确方向，是思想政治教育学科的独特性所在。<br />
As the “disciplinary eye” of ideological and political pedagogy, “cultivating morality and cultivating people” shows the perspective and cognitive method of ideological and political pedagogy. In particular, it has the important characteristics of ideological and political education, which is based on the essence of human and the philosophical basis of human’s all-round development and faces the concrete reality. From different level, it connects through the core category of ideological and political pedagogy, related category, operation category, value category and a series of important issues. At the same time, it also gives a clear direction for ideological and political education from the aspects of modernization and localization development, which is the uniqueness of ideological and political education.
