%X 中国传统的法律教育是以学术为导向的,在实践中,中国大多数高校的法律硕士(非法学) (以下简称法律(非法学))与法律硕士(法学)和法学硕士的培养方式有很大的不同,这使得法律(非法学)的培养方式出现了很大的问题,目前法学教育和教学正处在一个较深的变革时期,因此,文章结合法学专业高层次、实践型法学人才的定位、特点和职业教育趋势,对法学专业的人才培养方式进行了探索,并提出了相应的改革措施,这是一项提高培训质量和特色的重大工程,符合法律硕士结构调整和社会需求。通过对某所大学中法律(非法学)专业的调查,尝试从学生的视角来探讨法律(非法学)研究生培养中的一些问题,并对我国法律(非法学)研究生培养作出一次经验性的剖析,对我国的法律(非法学)硕士教育进行实证分析,以期对我国的法律(非法学)研究生教育问题有所改善。
China’s traditional legal education is academic-oriented, in practice, most of China’s colleges and universities LLM (non-legal) (hereinafter referred to as law (non-legal)) and LLM training me-thods are very different, which makes the law (non-legal) training method has a great problem, the current legal education and teaching is in a period of deep change, therefore, this article combines the positioning, characteristics and vocational education trends of high-level, practice-oriented legal talents in the legal profession, The methods of training talents in the law profession were explored, and corresponding reform measures were proposed, which is a major project to improve the quality and characteristics of training, which meets the structural adjustment of the LL.M. and the needs of society. Through the investigation of the law (non-legal) major in a university, we try to explore some problems in the postgraduate training of law (non-legal) from the perspective of students, make an empirical analysis of the postgraduate training of law (non-legal) in China, and conduct an empirical analysis of the master’s degree education in law (non-legal) in China, in order to improve the problem of legal (non-legal) postgraduate education in China.
