%X 通过质性研究的访谈法，本研究探讨了大学生“内卷”心理产生的原因以及“内卷”对大学生的影响。通过抽取三个不同年级，共7名大学生被试进行一对一的访谈。结果发现，大学生“内卷”现象的产生主要受同学竞争、宿舍氛围和社会环境三方面影响。此外，由结果可知，“内卷”既可能使大学生取得较好的学习成绩，也可能导致大学生产生大量的消极情绪。为维护大学生心理健康，减少由“内卷”导致的消极情绪，文章从影响因素方面给大学生提出了一定的对策建议。<br />
Through the interview method of qualitative research, this study discusses the causes of under-graduates’ “involution” phenomenon and its influence on themselves. A total of seven undergra-duates in three different grades were selected for one-on-one interview. According to the survey, there are three reasons can account for this phenomenon: student competition, dormitory atmosphere and social environment. In addition, “involution” may not only make undergraduates get better grades, but also lead to a lot of negative emotions in undergraduates. In order to maintain the mental health of undergraduates and reduce the negative emotions caused by “involution”, the paper puts forward some suggestions to undergraduates from the aspects of influencing factors.
