%X 在高海拔地区,由于大气条件的变化引起空压机工况的变化。空压机站设计中需根据所处位置的气候特点、生产用气要求等,通过相应的修正系数合理计算,选择合适的设备及生产流程,以保证空压机站满足生产需要。通过选用变频控制空压机、对风量进行优化计算等以降低系统能耗,实现节能降耗和资源合理利用。
In the high altitude area, the atmospheric condition change causes the air compressor working condition change. In the design of the air compressor station, it is necessary to select the appro-priate equipment and production flow through the reasonable calculation of the corresponding correction coefficient, according to the climatic characteristics of the location and the requirements of production gas, etc., to ensure that the air compressor station to meet production needs. In order to reduce the energy consumption of the system and realize the energy saving and reasonable utilization of resources, the air compressor is controlled by frequency conversion and the air flow is optimized.
