Development and Application of Web-Based Collaborative Software for Performance Bonus Assignment %A 张琬 %A 邱骏挺 %A 周瞳 %A 卢奇高敏 %A 赵永来 %J Management Science and Engineering %P 233-238 %@ 2167-6658 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MSE.2023.122025 %X 为提高年终绩效奖励分配效率,自主设计并研发了基于网络的协同式奖金分配软件。软件采用C-S架构,以Visual Basic为开发语言,完成服务器与客户端开发,并运用Access数据库,实现各类数据永久保存。软件包含部门、人事、奖项管理,以及奖金分配、查询等功能,还支持汇总报表输出及税收测算功能。此外,采用权限分级管理机制,在数据安全保密的基础上,实现了分配方案的公开透明。通过开展年终绩效分配测试,一方面验证了软件的安全与稳定性,另一方面也加快了多部门间信息流通,减少部门间人员走动,提升了奖金分配工作的效率,说明信息时代研发基于网络的管理类软件对提升管理效能十分重要。
In this study, we designed and developed a web-based collaborative software package in attempt to increase the efficiency of performance bonus assignment. The software was designed as C-S architecture, namely it includes one server and several clients, and was developed using Visual Basic Language. An Access database was deployed on the server to store different datasets permanently. With the software, users can manage department, staff and bonus information, and can also assign or search bonus. The software supports subtotal reports and tax calculation. A hierarchical authority management mechanism is adopted to guarantee the transparency of bonus assignments on the basis of data security and confidentiality. A bonus assignment test was carried out to verify the safety and stability of the software, during which the efficiency of bonus assignment increased due to the personnel movement reduction and the rapid information transmission between different departments.
