%X 下肢深静脉血栓形成是一种发病率较高的外周静脉系统疾病，存在导致致死性肺栓塞等严重并发症，若不及时诊断和有效治疗，将遗留急、慢性并发症，危及生命。影像技术可精确显示血栓的范围及分期。腔内治疗具有保护静脉瓣膜及提高病变静脉再通率的作用。随着介入技术的发展，经导管直接溶栓、机械性血栓清除、腔内静脉成形等技术不断涌现，为清除静脉血栓提供微创、有效的方法，现就介入技术治疗下肢深静脉血栓的最新进展进行综述。<br />
Lower limb deep vein thrombosis is a peripheral venous system disease with a high incidence rate, which leads to fatal pulmonary embolism and other serious complications. If it is not diagnosed and treated effectively in time, it will leave acute and chronic complications and endanger life. Imaging technology can accurately display the scope and stage of thrombus. Endovascular therapy can pro-tect the venous valve and improve the recanalization rate of the diseased vein. With the develop-ment of interventional technology, direct thrombolysis via catheter, mechanical thrombus removal, endovenous angioplasty and other technologies continue to emerge, providing minimally invasive and effective methods for the removal of venous thrombosis. This article reviews the latest progress of interventional technology in the treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.
