considers ¡°one country, two systems¡± as a policy, but not a tradition<span>al national-level policy.</span></span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\"> </span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\">This policy works as a governance policy.</span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\"> </span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\">Second,</span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\"> Beijing also regards one country, two systems as a long-term and stable
strategy.</span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\"> </span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\">Objectively,
the implementation of </span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\">¡°</span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\">one country,
two systems</span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\">¡±</span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\"> in
Hong Kong and Macau has expanded a new theoretical and practical field for the <span>original political and economic structure of China.</span></span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\"> </span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\">Of course, it is the high degree of autonomy and strong self-healing
capacity of </span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\">¡°</span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\">one country, two</span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\"> systems</span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\">¡±</span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\"> that
makes it the best policy tool to</span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\"> </span><span style=\"font-family:;\" \"=\"\">the Realization of the Complete Reunification of
China.</span>
