%X 本文旨在研究机关事业单位档案管理的数字化转型工作。随着信息技术的飞速发展，档案管理领域也需要不断提高自身的数字化水平，以提高档案管理的效率和质量。本文首先介绍了机关事业单位档案管理的重要性；然后介绍了机关事业单位管理数字化转型的现状，包含实施数字化转型的优势与现状；其次阐述了机关事业单位数字化转型的实施步骤，包含数字化档案管理系统的构建与信息安全管理；最后对数字化转型面临的挑战与对策进行了分析与总结。<br />
This paper aims to discuss the digital transformation of archives management in government and public institutions. With the rapid development of information technology, the archives management field also needs to continuously improve its own digital level to improve the efficiency and quality of archives management. This paper first introduces the importance of archives management in government and public institutions, then introduces the current situation of digital trans-formation in government and public institutions, including the advantages and current situation of actual digital transformation. Next, it elaborates on the implementation steps of digital transformation in government and public institutions, including the construction of a digital archives management system and information security management. Finally, the challenges and countermeasures faced by digital transformation are analyzed and summarized.
