Preparation of Cobalt Tetroxide with Different Morphologies and Its Catalytic Activity of Chlorobenzene %A 钟旨豪 %A 刘善堂 %J Material Sciences %P 192-199 %@ 2160-7621 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/MS.2023.133023 %X 本研究采用水热法和溶剂热法合成了不同形貌的四氧化三钴催化降解氯苯。试验结果表明纳米云状四氧化三钴催化剂的效果最佳,该催化剂在降解90%氯苯时的温度T90低至175℃。采用XRD、BET、SEM、H2-TPR、XPS等技术手段表征四氧化三钴纳米材料,结果表明Co3O4纳米云由于更大的比表面积、更小的晶粒尺寸导致更多的反应活性位点。拥有高暴露的表面吸附氧和三价Co物种以及良好的低温还原性促进了催化氧化反应的进行。
This study investigates the catalytic degradation of chlorobenzene using Co3O4 with different morphologies synthesized through hydrothermal and solvothermal methods. The results show that the cloud-like cobalt tetroxide catalyst owns the best activity of chlorobenzene, and the temperature of the catalyst is as low as 175?C when the degrada-tion of 90% chlorobenzene is T90. Co3O4 nanocloud was characterized by XRD, BET, SEM, H2-TPR and XPS. The results show that Co3O4 nanocloud has more reactive sites due to larger specific surface area and smaller grain size. High exposed surface adsorbed oxygen, trivalent Co species and good low temperature reducibility promoted the catalytic oxidation reaction. %K Co3O4,水热法,形貌效应,催化氧化,氯苯
