%X “厕所革命”是事关农村百姓福祉的大民生，也是农村人居环境的突破口，而改善农村人居环境，是实施乡村振兴战略的一项重要工作，还是改善民生的重大工程。为山东省推进农村“厕所革命”再提升和顺利实施，本文通过查阅和研究相关文献，分析国内外“厕所革命”实施取得农村卫生厕所普及率大幅提高等阶段性成果，并对“厕所革命”出现的困境和国内标准技术规范进行分析，从而探讨立足农村群众、因地制宜的户用改厕措施建议。<br />
“Toilet revolution” is related to the well-being of rural people’s livelihood, but also the break-through of rural living environment, and improve rural living environment, is an important work to implement the rural revitalization strategy, or a major project to improve people’s livelihood. In order to promote the further promotion and smooth implementation of the rural “toilet revolution” in Shandong Province, this paper, by referring to and studying relevant literature, analyzes the implementation of the “toilet revolution” at home and abroad to achieve a substantial increase in the penetration rate of rural sanitary toilets and other stage results, and analyzes the difficulties of the “toilet revolution” and domestic standards and technical specifications. In order to explore based on rural masses, according to local conditions of household toilet measures.
