%X 幸福婚姻指夫妻对婚姻关系中体验到的幸福感或满意度的主观评价。健全关系屋理论提出幸福婚姻由两面承重墙和七个层次构成，两面承重墙包括信任和承诺，七个层次包含：建立爱情地图、分享喜爱和赞美、彼此靠近而非疏远、积极的视角、冲突管理、实现人生梦想和创造共同意义。基于健全关系屋理论，Gottman等人编制了健全关系屋量表并用于评估婚姻关系概况，以及提出了Gottman夫妻婚姻治疗方法。未来研究需要进一步验证健全关系屋理论的跨文化适用性，完善健全关系屋量表和进一步探究健全关系屋理论的内部运作机制。<br />
Happy marriage refers to the couple’s subjective evaluation of the happiness or satisfaction experienced in the marital relationship. The sound relationship house theory proposes that a happy marriage consists of two weight-bearing walls and seven levels. The two weight-bearing walls include trust and commitment. The seven levels involve: building a love map, sharing fondness and admiration, turning toward instead of away, having the positive perspective, managing conflict, making life dreams come true and creating shared meaning. Based on the sound relationship house theory, Gottman et al. developed the sound relationship house scales and used it to assess the profile of marital relationships, as well as further proposed the Gottman method couples therapy. Future research needs to further verify the cross-cultural applicability of the sound relationship house theory, improve the sound relationship house scales and further explore the internal operating mechanism of the sound relationship house theory.
