%X 本研究通过问卷调查的方式，以475名大学生为对象，探索开放性人格对创造力的影响，以及归因风格的作用。研究结果表明：1) 开放性与创造力存在显著的正相关，开放性可以显著正向预测个体的创造力。2) 开放性对创造力的影响过程中积极事件归因风格、消极事件归因风格和整体归因风格起到部分中介作用。本研究揭示了归因风格对大学生创造力的部分影响机制，研究结果对于大学生创造力的培养以及创造行为的促进具有一定启示。<br />
In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 475 college students to explore the influence of opennesson creativity, and to explore how attribution style plays a role in it. The results show that: 1) There is a significant positive correlation between openness and creativity. Openness can significantly positively predict individual creativity; 2) The process of openness’s influence on creativity is partially mediated by positive event attribution style. This study reveals part of the influence mechanism of attributional style on college students’ creativity, and the research results have some implications for the cultivation of college students’ creativity and the promotion of creative behaviors.
