Progress of LncRNA in Ovarian Cancer Research %A 陈奇 %A 解军玉 %A 王明伟 %A 李晓 %A 姚红梅 %J Advances in Clinical Medicine %P 4233-4237 %@ 2161-8720 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/ACM.2023.133607 %X 卵巢癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率和死亡率在全球范围内居高不下。虽然在过去几十年中,卵巢癌的治疗方法和预后有了显著的改善,但该病的发病机制和病因仍然不完全清楚,因此对该病的研究一直是科学家们关注的重点。近年来,随着分子生物学、基因组学和免疫学等学科的快速发展,人们对卵巢癌的研究也取得了许多重要进展。越来越多的研究表明长链非编码RNA (lncRNA)在卵巢癌中发挥重要的调控作用,可作为宫颈癌早期诊断以及预后监测的分子标志物。目前已发现数种lncRNA与卵巢癌的发生、侵袭和进展有关。本文拟对lncRNA在卵巢癌发生发展中的具体作用、分子机制以及潜在临床应用作一阐述。
Ovarian cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women, and its morbidity and mortality remain high worldwide. Although the treatment methods and prognosis of ovarian cancer have improved significantly in the past few decades, the pathogenesis and etiology of the disease are still not fully understood, so the study of this disease has always been the focus of scientists. In recent years, with the rapid development of molecular biology, genomics and immunology and other disciplines, the research on ovarian cancer has also made many important progresses. More and more studies have shown that long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) plays an important regulatory role in ovarian cancer and can be used as a molecular marker for early diagnosis and prognosis monitoring of cervical cancer. Several lncRNAs have been found to be related to the occurrence, invasion and progression of ovarian cancer. This paper intends to elaborate on the specific role, molecular mechanism and potential clinical application of lncRNA in the occurrence and de-velopment of ovarian cancer. %K LncRNA,卵巢癌,HOTAIR,MALAT1,CCAT1
