%X 坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)是早产儿和新生儿常见的胃肠道危重病，有着较高的发病率和病死率。本文基于目前国内外相关研究，旨在为NEC的诊断、防治以及预防提供证据和参考。预防NEC的措施应及早考虑，如母乳喂养或用母乳银行提供的经巴氏杀菌的人类供者母乳进行营养，服用益生菌，避免使用组胺II受体拮抗剂，以及限制性抗生素治疗。<br />
Necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) is a devastating gastrointestinal disease of neonates and preterm infants, with high morbidity and mortality. To provide Prevention and research state for manage-ment of NEC, this article is based on the current domestic and overseas studies.
