%X 妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus, GDM)作为一种妊娠期常见的并发症，可严重影响母胎健康。近年来，GDM的发病率呈逐年上升趋势，已引起医疗工作者和病人的极大关注，而GDM的治疗也成为当前的一个重点课题，特别是在新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019, COVID-19)流行期间，GDM的筛查诊断与治疗可能再度成为临床研究的一个热点。本文就有关GDM的治疗和疗效作一综述，以期为妊娠妇女的临床应用提供更多可行性借鉴。<br />
As a common complication during pregnancy, gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) can seriously af-fect maternal and fetal health. In recent years, the incidence of GDM has been increasing year by year, which has aroused great concern of medical workers and patients, and the treatment of GDM has also become a key topic at present, especially during the epidemic of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The screening, diagnosis and treatment of GDM may become a hotspot in clinical re-search again. This article reviews the treatment and efficacy of GDM in order to provide more ref-erence for the clinical application of pregnant women.
