%X 目前，我国解决高校教育纠纷的校内申诉、行政复议、司法诉讼等几种主要方式解纷效果不理想。根据高校教育纠纷的特殊性和复杂性等特点可以构建高校教育纠纷仲裁制度，其从可行性看已具备一定的法律基础、理论基础与实践基础。高校教育纠纷仲裁制度的构建应从仲裁机构设置入手，并对受案范围、举证责任、运行程序及裁决效力作出明确规定。<br />
At present, there are several main methods for resolving educational disputes in colleges and universities, such as intra-campus appeals, administrative reconsideration, and judicial proceedings. According to the particularity and complexity of college education disputes, the arbitration system of college education disputes can be constructed, which has a certain legal basis, theoretical basis and practical basis from the point of view of feasibility. The construction of the arbitration system for educational disputes in colleges and universities should start with the establishment of arbitration institutions, and make clear provisions on the scope of accepting cases, the burden of proof, operating procedures and the effectiveness of rulings.
