Detection of Integron Related Genes in Vibrios from Litopenaeus vannamei in Guangxi %A 杨祖鹏 %A 谭雯予 %A 吴志刚 %A 魏华 %A 张洪耀 %A 黄德生 %A 张振豪 %A 梁静真 %J Open Journal of Fisheries Research %P 13-22 %@ 2373-1451 %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/OJFR.2023.101002 %X 本实验通过PCR方法检测27株广西凡纳滨对虾源弧菌中整合子相关基因携带情况,为凡纳滨对虾弧菌病的综合防控提供指导。共采集溶藻弧菌7株,创伤弧菌10株,副溶血弧菌10株。PCR检测结果,27株弧菌中int1、sul1、qacEΔ1、int2和int3基因的检出率依次为63.0%、40.7%、48.1%、0%和0%。受试菌株共包含5种整合子相关基因型,即int1sul1qacEΔ1int2int3、int1+sul1qacEΔ1int2int3、int1+sul1+qacEΔ1int2int3、int1+sul1+qacEΔ1+int2int3和int1+sul1qacEΔ1+int2int3,其中优势基因型为int1sul1qacEΔ1int2int3和int1+sul1+qacEΔ1+int2int3,各占37.0% (10/27)。在溶藻弧菌、创伤弧菌和副溶血弧菌的检出率:int1基因分别为28.6% (2/7)、90.0% (9/10)和60.0% (6/10);sul1基因分别为0% (0/7)、90.0% (9/10)和20.0% (2/10);qacEΔ1基因分别为14.3% (1/7)、90.0% (9/10)和30.0% (3/10)。int1、sul1和qacEΔ1基因在三种弧菌之间的检出率差异显著(P<0.05),在创伤弧菌中的检出率最高,在溶藻弧菌中的检出率最低。
In this experiment, the carrying status of integron related genes in 27 isolates of Vibrio sp. from Litopenaeus vannamei of Guangxi was detected by PCR method, so as to provide direction for comprehensive prevention and control of Vibrio disease in L. vannamei. There were 7 isolates of V. alginolyticus, 10 isolates of V. vulnificus and V. parahaemolyticus samples. PCR detection results showed that among the 27 isolates of Vibriosp, the positive rates of int1, sul1, qacEΔ1, int2 and int3 genes were 63.0%, 40.7%, 48.1%, 0% and 0%, respectively.
