%X 随着中国社会老龄化逐渐增加,为缓解过度老龄化带来的问题,国家提出对老年医疗健康改革,同时发展养老产业,确保新型养老产业健康可持续发展。本研究阐述养老产业中护理人力资源的发展现状,研究发现养老产业中护理人力资源不足,老年护理培训不规范,养老产业和护理人力资源未能对接良好,大众对护理人员的片面认知,在重大公共卫生事件养老产业对护理人员经济无保障等问题;提出鼓励护理专业学生从事老年护理工作,规范老年护理培训流程,建立健全老年护理规范、标准和培训基地,纠正大众对护理人员的片面认知,国家给予养老产业必要的政策和金融扶持,保障护理人员经济等应对策略。
With the gradual increase of the aging population in China, the country proposes to reform the medical care and health of the elderly in order to alleviate the crisis caused by excessive aging, and develop the elderly care industry at the same time to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the new elderly care industry. This paper studies the development status of nursing human resources in the pension industry, and finds that the nursing human resources in the pension industry are insufficient, the elderly nursing training is not standardized, the pension industry and nursing human resources are not well linked, the public’s one-sided cognition of caregivers, in major public health events, the pension industry for nursing staff economic security problems; It is proposed to encourage nursing students to engage in geriatric nursing work, standardize the geriatric nursing training process, establish and improve the geriatric nursing norms, standards and training bases, improve the public’s one-sided cognition of caregivers, the state to provide the elderly care industry with necessary policies and financial support to ensure the economy of nursing staff and other coping strategies.
