While a large number of methods have been reported to improve the bonding force of coating and substrate, most of which can be achieved by optimizing the pretreatment process. In this paper, the surface of permanent magnetic material was electroplated with a layer of zinc base by sulfate galvanizing process, and then a layer of surface zinc was electroplated by potassium salt galvanizing process. The coating adhesion obtained by this method is good, which meets the requirements of actual production. %K 结合力,硫酸盐,永磁材料
