%X 沙盘游戏作为一种全球范围内广受欢迎的心理治疗技术之一，相较于其他心理治疗技术，因其独特的优势，儿童对沙盘游戏疗法的接受程度要更高。已有研究表明，沙盘游戏对于包括孤独症谱系障碍、注意缺陷多动障碍等在内的儿童发育障碍以及包括攻击性行为和情绪问题等在内的儿童问题行为的干预有较好的效果，接受干预后的儿童表现出与干预前相比更好的社会交流欲望，焦虑程度有所下降，注意的稳定性也有了进一步的提高。本文将对近十年来国内运用沙盘游戏治疗儿童心理行为问题的研究进行系统的介绍，并根据已取得的成果对未来的研究进行展望。<br />
Sandplay is one of the most popular psychotherapy techniques in the world. Due to its unique advantages, compared with other psychotherapy techniques, children’s acceptance of sandplay therapy is higher. Previous studies have shown that sandplay has a good effect on children’s developmental disorders including autism spectrum disorder and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, as well as children’s problem behaviors including aggressive behavior and emotional problems. After receiving the intervention, children show better desire for social communication compared with before the intervention, the degree of anxiety has decreased, and the stability of attention has been further improved. This article will systematically introduce the research on the use of sandplay in the treatment of children’s psychological and behavioral problems in China in the past ten years, and look forward to future research according to the results obtained.
