A Location Algorithm of Urban Logistics Infrastructure %A 高歌 %A 张慧 %A 李国旗 %J Open Journal of Transportation Technologies %P 105-112 %@ 2326-344X %D 2023 %I Hans Publishing %R 10.12677/OJTT.2023.122013 %X 针对城市物流需求分布具有产业集群与规模经济特点,通过引入物流需求层、物流相似程度概念来进行物流需求区的划分,综合运用聚类分析、重心法,相似度判定的计算方法,提出了一种适用于城市用地集中分布的城市物流基础设施选址启发式算法,得出物流基础设施的合理的服务半径范围,并尽可能小的圈定选址范围。最后结合实例分析,验证了算法的有效性,为城市物流规划工作提供了方法支撑。
As the distribution of urban logistics demand is characterized by industrial cluster and scale economy, logistics demand zones are divided by introducing the logistics demand layer and the concept of logistics similarity. Based on the method of clustering analysis, center of gravity me-thod and similarity determination, a heuristic algorithm for infrastructure location of urban logistics that is suitable for urban land distribution is proposed, through which the service radius of the facilities can be determined, and the solution process of the algorithm is given. Taking the logistics demand distribution in a certain city as a case study, it is verified that the algorithm is more effective in cities where the distribution of demand shows industrial clustering and the macroscopic urban form is centralized.
