%X 精神分裂症患病人数逐年增加，糖尿病患病率逐年攀升，这两种疾病之间存在着一定的联系。精神分裂症患者受基因、内分泌紊乱、抗精神病药物使用、炎性因子及生活习惯等因素影响，容易共病糖尿病。本文将从流行病学、与基因的关联、与炎性因子的关系、与内分泌的关系等方面进行介绍。<br />
The number of patients with schizophrenia increased year by year, and the prevalence of diabetes increased year by year. There is a link between the two diseases. Schizophrenia patients are affect-ed by genes, endocrine disorder, antipsychotic drug use, inflammatory factors, lifestyle habits and other factors, prone to comorbidity diabetes. This article will be introduced from the epidemiology, the correlation with genes, the relationship with inflammatory factors, and the relationship with endocrinology.
