%X 神经性耳鸣是在没有外界声源的情况下产生的一种或多种声音的感知，可引起焦虑、抑郁、失眠、注意力丧失等症状的出现，影响日常生活及工作。笔者通过检索CNKI近5年关于耳鸣的中文核心文献，就关于针刺治疗神经性耳鸣的临床观察相关文献作一综述。<br />
Neuropathic tinnitus is the perception of one or more sounds produced in the absence of external sound sources, which can cause symptoms such as anxiety, depression, insomnia, attention, and af-fect daily life and work. By searching the Chinese core literature on tinnitus in CNKI in recent 5 years, this paper reviews the relevant literature on the clinical observation of acupuncture in the treatment of neuropathic tinnitus.
