Partial hepatectomy has a high risk of perioperative bleeding and blood transfusion. Fluid resusci-tation after hepatectomy is an important clinical problem for anesthesiologists. Arterial CO2 partial pressure difference [P(v-a)CO2] is a flow index for evaluating microcirculation, which is closely re-lated to guiding fluid resuscitation, assessing tissue oxygen supply and demand, assessing disease severity and prognosis. In this paper, [P(v-a)CO2] reviews the research progress of fluid resuscita-tion in guiding and evaluating partial hepatectomy. %K 中心静脉–动脉血二氧化碳分压差,肝部分切除,液体复苏,氧代谢
