%X 瘢痕是皮肤损伤常见的产物，在日常生活中发病率极高，某些病理性瘢痕可严重影响患者的生活，手术治疗是根本治疗手段。生物材料新兴，目前针对瘢痕挛缩畸形的修复人工真皮支架目前应用较为广泛。本文通过分析近5年来国内外关于瘢痕及人工真皮支架在瘢痕挛缩畸形中的应用的相关文献，通过基础理论、瘢痕增生的预防与治疗、人工真皮支架于瘢痕挛缩畸形的应用三方面介绍目前的最新观点及存在的问题，以期对瘢痕研究及瘢痕挛缩畸形中人工真皮支架的应用有所帮助。<br />
Scar is a common product of skin injury, with a high incidence in daily life. Some pathological scars can seriously affect the life of patients, and surgical treatment is the fundamental treatment. Bio-logical materials are emerging. Currently, artificial dermal scaffolds for repairing scar contracture deformity are widely used. Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign literatures on the appli-cation of scar and artificial dermal scaffolds in scar contracture deformity in the past five years, this paper introduces the current latest views and existing problems in three aspects: basic theory, prevention and treatment of scar hyperplasia, and application of artificial dermal scaffolds in scar contracture deformity, in order to help the research of scar and the application of artificial dermal scaffolds in scar contracture deformity.
